First off, I totally feel your pain when it comes to scanning watercolor. But I kinda enjoy the scan light making some of the areas transparent. Or maybe I've just become used to scanned watercolor art ;) In any case, I think the look suits this piece and adds some atmosphere!!
You did a great job with aggressive Spock and the posing!

oh my gosh, this is so so so gorgeous - I love Spock's fierceness, it's almost like I can see the movement, and his hand sliding Kirk's shirt up, nnnnngh. I can't believe this doesn't have more comments yet, it's beautiful and so perfect for the fic!
