So Portland was pretty awesome. Being sued isn't, but I met some awesome people and had some great shoot while I was there.

I'm not a lawyer, but I hope when you counter sue you include the inconvenience of having to move your whole freaking life up there in $ amount of $1 billion!

I guess the judge thinks there is merit to their suit? Otherwise don't they dismiss frivolous suits? in my opinion that's what this is

I hope you bleed those fuckers dry

my husband and i want to move to protland eventually. in a few years.

I'm about as far removed from this as one can get, but it still makes even MY blood boil. Damn, they suck so much ass, I can't even get over it.

The fact that you have to sell your house, and move to be closer to them... ARGH!

As far as selling any equipment goes, hopefully it will end up going to people you know so you can (potentially?) get it all back later. Sort of like temporary pawning.
