So... everything is set for the next semester to start. I finally decided on all the classes I'm gonna/ have to take. Took my writing placement exam on Tuesday and classified for an English 100 cours, although I don't quite get why I have to take another test and even a whole class to improve my English skills although I scored nearly 100% on the ( Read more... )

Hehe. I really hope we'll get to swim around a bit too and the class won't consist of dry theory only. ;)

What's the point of having a marine biology class if you aren't gonna get wet? ;p I mean, Marine biology isn't much about dry things anyway! :p

Interesting classes. Marine Biology sounds cool, especially given the location. ^^ Also, were you told that the English class was to remedy English Skills? I wonder if that class is just a general writing requirement that all students have to take. I remember when I started out in college, I had to take two writing courses, college writing and research writing. College writing was EN 101, or something like that.
