It does but my mom believes that it's good, and refuses to switch. I have comcast dubbed "my fast internet" at my dad's and AOL dubbed "my slow internet" at my mom's.

The rep. totally avoided my question. Though he kinda let it slip that AOL's servers were blocking my mail because they believed it to be spam.
