I have just come back from finishing my 15th and final cumulative hour of finals-taking for this semester. It feels good to be done. I'm coming home tomorrow, and my plans for winter break are: Watching Stephen King's "It," watch "The Godfather," go to a gym and row on a rowing machine, start a rail gun, run/play a few Dnd games, play music with ( Read more... )

You don't have 3 hour finals?! fuck you man! I just spent 6 consecutive hours today in one of those large stereotypical lecture halls staring at the two tests and doing various number crunching throughout. And both tests took me the full three hours. ugh. I'm done now though; it's all over.

My impetus to watch "It" has been spurred by a gathering of friends watching the 6-hour tv minisersies "The Stand" a week ago. We watched the whole thing in one evening. It really went by though, it didn't drag on as much as we all assumed it would being that long. Anyway, I had Ryan download the movie, but it's in avi format, so that means watching it on a laptop or figuring out how to connect a laptop to a tv.

One Bob Casey has laid dibs on me for I didn't quite catch what; however, I'm more than down for doing more than one thing New Years, so if there's something going on, let me know.

Also, We are most definitely doing the trilogy. Although I hear that the third doesn't compare to the first and second.
