life is in a constant donward spiral for a while now.....and it's not getting better considering the average development

I think that person really was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. I have done a short check of their webpage and couldn't really find any additional information for PhD programs though.. do you still have the link? If yes, let me check it and let's see if we can find out some more information together! I already found the website for the Marine biology stuff, but I was unsure about which would be your specialization, so I couldn't go on further :( *hugs and doesn't let go*

what ever it was and where ever the missunderstanding or what ever it is/was lays....I am just so sick of it....

They don't do PhD programms but call them Doktoral programs and the one I am interested in would be with the department of marine science and technology.

Wenn ich an diesem von mir eigentlich so geliebten Völkchen eines wirklich nicht mag, dann diese Unflexibilität und das Dummstellen bei Problemen, ohne Interesse an einer Lösung.
