Hey Mandy-chan *huggles* Glad to hear that things are goin well at your work. As far as what your grandmother said, I know it's hard, but try not to listen to it too much. Everyone makes mistakes. I know I make TONS. That doesn't make you irresponsible or a fuck up. If you were irresponsible you wouldn't care about mistakes you made, or trying to make things better. You do care though, and that's why you're working and trying to make things better.

Just remember that you always have people who care for ya, and love ya for who you are. *huggles*

I know I'm not a fuck up, it's just my Grandmother and Mother did a lot of psychological damage, I do something like that and flip.
