Things are getting better, and yes that is a good thing. The morons have moved out both from next door where the shooting took place and from upstairs, the boys who hung out with them. Low and behold , quiet has once again settled over the building. I am still moving out at the end of March into a bigger better, slightly cheaper place. At least now
