Have a friend who used to make kit, but not sure how much she's doing these days - have dropped her a line/link to your description of what you need. She's Hatfield based & works in London, so should be feasible if she needs measurements etc.

You could try a reenactment clothing supplier - Get dressed for battle have cloaks.

I used to use DarkAngel for goth stuff, they def did hooded cloaks in multiple sizes, and were quivk to send as a lot was standard stock... Nope, just cgecked, they don't do one at the mo.

Well, those are the *pages*, no idea if they will actually deliver. The words "in stock" and "large" are hopeful though.
