How does a person make himself stronger, physically? By exercising. What is exercise? Going with basic weight-lifting, we are putting more pressure on our muscles to encourage them to grow. because like lemony snicket suggests, their trying to slowly but surely create a world like the happy little elf. the problem of course is that this is contrary to our nature, but that doesnt dissuade them from trying to remove temptation (evil) because they cant tolerate it, and it would be unthinkable to tolerate it, because that would mean its a natural part of the world. and they were allways taught that temptation (evil) is unnatural.
even though jesus didnt run away from temptaion, or whine like a sissy for someone to take it out of his preasence, so he wouldnt have to be exposed to its foulness. *puts back of hand against forhead, and sighes*

heh... you know, I've always wondered about making your religion the sum total of your life. I've known so many people who do it, and I've never understood it. I mean, yeah, religion can be a wonderful thing, but even at my most fanatically rabid, I've ALWAYS felt that there is more to life than religion, and that God wants you to go out and enjoy some of it, else he wouldn't have created it. As an ex of mine once said, "When you finally go to heaven and meet God, don't you think he'll say something like 'So what did you think of the world? I spent a lot of time creating it, and I'm rather proud of it ( ... )
