Name/Nickname: Joanna
Age: 28

Likes: Vampires, cuteness, British boys, movies, anime, cosplay, sushi, video games, acting, Star Wars
Dislikes: Ignorant people, tomatoes, misbehaving children, bees, bad drivers, certain co-workers, going through low points in life

Strong points: I'm kind, nice, and I love to create. I'm also honest and loyal.
Weaker points: I can fall into deep throws of depression. I also have no self-control over some things sometimes. In other cases, I can get angry easily.

What is something you'd change about yourself?: For one thing, I want to lose weight. And I want to build my confidence up more. I'm too shy and it's hard for me to meet people.

What is something that annoys you most about other people?: In some cases, when parents don't bother to look after their children. I work at Wal-Mart, which means I see a lot of people. And even the adults are worse as they would eat things they didn't pay for and open packages... Also, how people think they can be mean about something they hate to people that love it.

What is something you'd change about the world?: I think I'd try to convert some oppressed women to feminism. I hate certain Patriarchal societies who think that women are only good as obedient servants who can't express themselves. Well, not all men are bad, but it gets me mad to see so many women being held back because someone misinterpreted a bible passage in some cases.

Hobbies & Talents: Acting, singing, cosplay, video games, movies, collecting dolls and figures, drawing.

Favorite time of the year?: Fall. Because of the changes. And one of my favorite holidays is Halloween. :D

Mature or Immature?: Inbetween, I guess. Though I feel that I'm sometimes more mature than my contemporaries or seniors.

Leader or Follower?: Sometimes a follower, because being a leader can sometimes scare me. However, I don't want to follow blindly into anything.

Optimistic or Pessimistic?: A bit of both, but I try to be optimistic most of the time, mainly when things aren't going right.

Day or Night Person?: Day. I find myself falling asleep easily sometimes...

Social or more aloof?: I'm too aloof. I have trouble talking with people sometimes because I'm always afraid I'll say something stupid.

Cynical or quick to believe what you're told?: Neither, actually.

Dreamer or realist?: Dreamer...who tries to make it a reality.

How do you react to stress?: I try to find someplace to calm down so I can face people. That, and trying to seek out alone time for a while.

How do you react when you're given extra responsibility?: I'll be very diligent about it, but I try not to forget it, either.

You come across someone who's obviously in danger. Do you try to help them out, shrug it off and figure someone else will deal with it, or stick around but call for help?: The third one. In those type of cases, I don't know what I'm doing.

If you were in the Inheritance trilogy as a character, which side would you be on if any, and WHY?: I'd be in the Varden, or probably just stay in Carvahall.

Assuming for a moment that the color of a Rider's dragon reflects something about his or her personality, please go to this link HERE and copy and paste the color and description you feel fits YOUR personality best and would be the color of your dragon if YOU were a Dragon Rider.

Pink
The color pink usually serves two purposes. It can be used to show childish innocence, or a characters child-like personality. It can also be used to show a more flirtatious personality. Pink is normally a color associated with girls and femininity. Pink is considered a color of good health and life - we speak of people being "in the pink" or the "freshness" of a newborn babe. Lastly, pink is associated with sexuality, and purity. That is, a girl who is a virgin in heart and body. Pink is symbolic of pure love, for example. It is also the color used for sexual advertisements and such, to indicate the purity of the girls.

That pretty much sums it up, though if you know me, I'd have to have my gaming systems be pink, my luggage be pink...

Give your thoughts on the following: Humans, dwarves, elves, Dragon Riders, Ra'zac, Urgals, and Shades.

Humans-I'm one, we're not all that bad...

Dwarves-You can learn a lot from a dwarf. They're not all "God's little punchlines".

Elves-Just like Sam watching the Elves in LOTR, I'm in awe of them.

Dragon Riders-The Jedi of the middle ages.

Ra'zac-I'd run screaming from them. -shudders-

Urgals-Not really much going on up there, huh?

Shades-I'm strangely attracted to them, even if they are evil...

Favorite quote & why?: "You must be willing to protect yourself and what you cherish, no matter what the cost."

I believe in the value of integrity. No matter how many people put you down, you have to be true to thy self.

What are your goals and ambitions: To do what I love and be around the people I love.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?: To finally be independent and to live out my dreams.

Anything else?: I am a Durza fanatic, but I don't want that to affect my outcome.

What Hogwarts house do you identify with and WHY?: Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. I always try to do the right thing, and I try to work hard for what I want.

How did you find this community?: From a notice on of_fantasy.

Any questions you'd wish to see included on this application?: Nope.

Pictures. Or a description of yourself.

(Again, I'm not trying to sway your decision. I love how it turned out, though I'm reworking it.)
