Yesterday I ate nothing but a 94 calorie packed of Skips. It wasn't easy, but I was so happy with myself.
Today, I ate until I felt sick, disgusting, ugly, worthless and FAT.
My problem is, once I start eating, I lose control.
I know it's easiest if I just don't eat at all.
I either eat nothing, or I eat loads.
I seem to have completely lost the ability
