Firefly marathon, then a race today, then food-making.

Did a 134 mile bike ride with Oregon Randonneurs today in just under nine hours.

Well that is scary.
A group of cyclists were on a training ride on Sauvie Island (a popular route out here). A guy in a pickup truck, while pulling out of a parking lot, decided to run into one of them, then pulled out a can of pepper spray and sprayed them at close range. Lots of change lately.
I just put in notice today that I am changing teams that I am racing for. The team I had been with got massively drama filled very quickly...looks like a lot of us will bail, but I decided to make my move sooner rather than later. So well see what people say about it.

We are moved into our new home.
Couldn't have picked better weather for it...glad I took a couple days off. Neighbors seem nice, mostly young couples and families like us. We hit a great little pocket in the neighborhood...and to think they call this side of town Felony Flats.
Now the real fun begins....

Ya, I know I haven't been posting here much lately. Boo.
Life has been pretty flat out. Work is crazy as always, it has its ups and downs, but overall it's better.
And now it's time to sleep! Yay sleep!
