You have spoken well of what has always been there. Even among the Sidhe, there is the prejudice of Seelie vs. Unseelie, and the various levels within these hierarchies as well. And then you have those, like myself, who are the Halflings. I have experienced first hand from my own father the indignance. Few, such as Nuada, and yourself, have had no problem with speaking to one such as myself. And for that I am grateful.
OOC: This is wonderful as always! Faelyn really would love to spend time getting to know Aislinn better. Perhaps sometime we can do some interaction between the two. :)
I could hardly hold your birth and mixed blood against you, when the same runs in my son's. His father was mortal, and, yes, that damned him in the eyes of some of our court, but never in mine.
It was my choice.
OOC: Thank you! And I'd like that a lot. Aislinn needs more people to talk to. lol
And I am grateful for that. Your son? *smiles* I have daughter. Her father is also mortal - or was...long story anyway. I have not been at Court in a very long time.
OOC: Heh, so does Faelyn / Fanny! She does not have many female friends at all, for whatever reason. I think that the two of them would get along very well. :)
Of course, I remember! The Weevils, from the evil empire that's known as Torchwood. I think they're probably still held in captivity. I mean...they have to be, because I haven't heard anything about Jack letting them go.
*beams*
(lol. I do! We lost Jack, though, so I'm not sure what to do with it unless we get another willing to play along. *G*)

Yes, my son. His father was a musician. Your daughter's father is no longer mortal? Or no longer among the living?
ooc: Aislinn tends to offend most women it seems. lol She doesn't mean to, but she has no idea what to do with most of them. But she'd like to try.

Heh, don't worry, I won't blame any of my bad poetry on you. *G*
