curry take 2

I tried it again and it was different to the last time, as I've found these things inevitably are (no such thing as measures in mother's recipes), but it was still tasty and my landlord..ies feasted heartily. I made quite a lot and it's basically all gone, so methinks this can only be a good thing. Yay
