Who were the brothers who headed the CIA and that other thing? Dunnes? and what was the other thing they headed... i need to know for the "covert actions" heading on our review. seeing as how they perpetrated most of them. Please reply.

It was Allen Dulles who was in charge of the CIA I think. It was the dulles brothers, though.
