last day of prac. very weird. my teacher was not there yesterday or today, so i have been full-on, no-other-real-authority-figure-in-the-room teaching. there were casual (substitute) teachers, but they didn't really do anything, and the kids clearly finally considered me the real teacher. which actually made me a lot more confident -- not that ( Read more... )

in kindergarten, one thing is guaranteed: each day will, at some point, involve somebody bursting into tears.

what they don't tell you is: it might be the teacher.

facebook needs to stop targeting 'wedding weight-loss' ads at me.
