 okay, so i know i'm like, the most infrequent lj poster EVER, but i'm back to post about my latest training endeavors, in the hope that it will help me with adherence.    not that i've been having trouble with adherence lately, but i've just written up a new program for myself that will be significantly more challenging than the last.

i'm with you on the semetry. that's what i'm going for as well. my chest needs to catch up with rest. my neck is about 14.5, arms 14, chest 37.5 and calves 14...so i guess i could bring up calves and arms another half inch or so. and really i'd like to get my waist at 30 in measured. good luck with you goals i look forward to reading your progress.

hey! looking forward to seeing your program/workouts... i never really thought about symmetry in the sense of the chest being 3x neck/arms/calves (more along the lines of left/right sides being balanced and avoiding toothpick legs to big upper body. i should re-take my measurements and see what i am these days.
