Start of the "official" program

 I had a killer training session last night, and was too busy entering stuff into fitday to make sure i ate enough to make it worthwhile to write about it here.  this is the week when I start documenting my weights and reps.  I have the program set up as a spreadsheet on my computer, so when i come home, i just enter the amount of reps i was able ( Read more... )

spreadsheets are great. i've been using (and reusing and tweaking) mine for years now... it's pretty cool to see the progression through a workout plus help (me) remember what weights to start on.
