The way I made decisions. The fact that I made decisions, really, instead of letting things happen to me. As much as AA means to me, that's more about not drinking; CT was about getting past the reasons I did it in the first place.

*sigh* I think the most accurate answer is that one day I woke up and realized that, not only was I not happy with who I'd become, I didn't even recognize her as myself anymore.
