Why is plethora in apostrophe marks? Now I am not a grammer/punctuation nazi so there could be a reason I am missing here, or it could just be because it is a big scary word.

I am finally going into my Primary Care Provider for my light sensitivity. It has gotten so bad I can’t really drive anymore (unless it is very overcast) even indirect sunlight is getting to me; it feels like someone is poking a needle into my brain through my eyes. No matter how hard I try I just can't behave like a 'professional'
I was telling our program assistant across hall that someones last name was Parrott, she said Paris? I said no Parrott and then I made a parrot squawk.
Does that make me unprofessional, or just an amusing coworker. :)

LIfe is good
In preperation for the 'storm of doom' I bought my laptop and some data home last night. Steve also brought some stuff he could do from home, just in case. Well it is nasty out there precious. Knitting Withdrawl
I am at work and can't knit. For some reason I can't deal with that today. I started a really fun lace hair band with Steve's handspun last night.
I am also having a problem with the fact that there is no egg nog here.
Also, my spinning wheel is not here.

Been a long time
I have totally fell out of the LJ habit, again. Things are going well. After a really rough month at work it settled down to manageable stress last week. Our recruitment numbers have been really low and instead of seeing it like everyone else does, that our enrollment criteria are very strict, I see it as a personal failure on my part.
