well apparently i hadn't mushed the clutch, dad bought a new one and after taking of the suspension leg discovered i had somehow managed to snap the nearside driveshaft right in half, god knows how! so the new driveshaft was 70quid, and the clutch was 80quid, which shall be fitted at some point later in the week, since it needs doing anyway
