In the cool autumn sunshine filled air, a big tow truck look a like vehicle pulled into Tauroa. I was feeding some feijoas to a horse in quarentine (sp?) when I heard the first shot fired. as someone who has hunted large game since the age of 14 i can relate to this a lot. it never stops being a little bit tragic every time you see large brought down.

you are doing neat things. i am seriously thinking of going to new zealand after japan is finished.

New Zealand is an amazing place. If you come, make sure you allow yourself enough time to do the things you want to do. Do not rush it. If you have any ?s when the time draws closer to a decision, just let me know.

I read an article in a food magazine about Japanese food and it all looked absolutely amazing!

Yeah, it has been 7 months! CRAZY! Gosh, it just goes. I can't believe you have been in Austin for a year, but then again I can't believe that Ihave been here for as long as I have. It really doesn't feel like it has been months at all.
