Management in the USA is a weird thing - at least for me, a russian student working here this summer:) We sell clothes here, and my manager always gives me new projects like how to rearrange the store to make people buy certain products. I post transfers for him when he's not there. I learned how to do most things here - and I'm doing them. What I get is my manager saying "You're really very smart!" and "If you don't do it - that's ok". My position is called SALES ASSOCIATE, but it's kinda flattering to do the manager's job :) Why don't they pay me a bit more money for doing a bit more than i should ;)??
