uah, this is a shitty world o.o but I love this story :D is it going to have a continuation? :D

Nearly everyone in North America does, yes, from the plague--no-one had any resistance, and there's no treatment.

Really enjoyed this one. Nice twist at the end. I went back and read it over, picking up on details like the tactile markings on the railing built for everyone to use. Nicely done.

The post-apocalyptic doctoring element reminded me of another House fic that you might like:
