General Stuff
So let's see what's been going on...
I've been driving around a 2007 Dodge Calibur as my rental car while my BMW gets fixed. It should be ready by tomorrow, Monday at the latest. The Dodge is a nice car and all, but I miss my baby.
I've taken the plunge again...I registered for the 2nd level of the CFA. So not only do I get to look forward to about 7 months of hard studying, but I got to pay about $750 for the registration and materials. Woot!
I had a kickass interview yesterday. In fact, I kicked so much ass during the interview, I didn't get the job. I got the interview through an agent. They called my agent today and told her that I was too qualified/motivated for the position I interviewed for. They felt I wouldn't be challenged enough and that they wished they had a more senior position for me. I think that's about as nice of a way to kick someone in the nuts as possible.
I've been thinking about the war recently, and a few weeks ago I basically figured that the only possible result will be that there will be another terrorist attack at least as big, if not bigger than 9/11, which will result in the utter nuclear destruction of the Middle East. I racked my brain trying to figure out a different solution. The best one I came up with is to elect an Islamic president. Hear me out...whether the president is a Democrat or Republican, all that matters is that he's completely pro-America, and Muslim. I think that would deflate terrorists around the world.
Not too much else going on. I'll leave it at that.
