So quick update, I went and worked out again even though I'm still raging sore. But my roommate has given me the nickname "Rockwell" in addition to calling me "Bradwell" because he says I have heart. That really made my day. Its nice when people are proud of you. Also, I submitted my shirt to a company called SuspectShirts and they emailed me back
