if you want an itouch for the ability to use apps, get an iphone,
if you want an itouch for the ability to play music and watch video, get an iphone :P

unless of course you have more than 16gb of stuff to put on it, in that case 120gb ipod classic, as I have (and have recently got an iphone too as it was cheaper than my previous plan)

I've heard that apps actually run better on an iTouch. From people who develop said apps :P

I want to play music but not use the same thing as a phone. It's also easier to get my hands on the Touch.

Regardless, the question would still remain as to what size iPhone to get :)
And the biggest iTouch is 32GB...

And no, I don't have that much stuff!
