We have a truck like your wagon, LOL! Tranny is almost shot, and we use it as a farm truck. But it's the only one I can drive, as Eric's mustang is a POS and the driver's seat isn't attached to the floor. He's big enough that he just uses the back seat to prop it up, but I ain't gonna do that!
Fleas,... Do you have a vacuum and borax? If you can, just got to the laundry section, and buy 20 mule team borax, a lot of it, and sprinkle it liberally on everything! carpet, floor, couches, the works. Let it stay as long as you can stand it, (1 hour, 1 day,..) then vacuum it all up. It dries the little bastards out. It won't kill the eggs, so you will need to do this every other day, but it's not poisonous to little peoples either. I would then go outside, and spray flea killer in to the vacuum bag, for the ones that survived the borax.
Worked for me when Jax was little and I didn't want to poison the house,...
Something you can do without going to the store (to tide you over). Fleas are attracted to heat. Take a bowl of water and put a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid into it (breaks the surface tension).
Place the bowl on the floor and take a goose necked lamp and aim the highest wattage light bulb that you have at it. The water will heat up and the fleas will jump into the bowl to try and get at the heat. They drown.
It was something I did when we had fleas and Eman was wee. Also, vacuum, vacuum, vacuum.
