Yesterday I had a lovely day off with nothing major planned. I did laundry, puttered, caught up on internet things. I registered again for the Ride to Montauk, so then in order to start getting ready went out for a two hour bike ride. The sun came out just as I finished my last loop, and it was ready to set. I'm the same way with the sore arms---I've been trying yoga for about 2 months now and love it but have found my weakness is my arms, lol. We're just not made for upper body strength...

Lentils---very healthy; I made a lentil soup this past week.

Bike rides often did my shoulders in when cycling. I get where you're going there.

Just the word "crunches" makes me wince, which probably tells you what kind of shape I'm in. XD Collapsing on the couch is definitely my preferred form of exercise. XD

Your vegetable cooking adventure sounds epic! :D Someday I will learn how to do this "cooking" thing…
