In my last two years at school, when I would get my syllabi at the beginning of the semester I would put every one of the dates mentioned in every syllabus into a spreadsheet column (with the associated exam/project in the next column).
Then, select both columns and sort by the date column. Tada! Now there's one place to look for all of your important academic obligations. Not that either of us can do this specific thing any more, because we're both out of school- but in case someone still in college randomly surfs here, they're covered.
