"Beyond Barbie and Mortal Kombat" is quickly becoming my main resource. But I didn't know Cleaver was in it! I looked him up. There's one mention of Three Rings and Daniel and one mention of Puzzle Pirates. I have "From Barbie to Mortal Kombat" but I haven't read it yet, since it's a little older. If you come across anything else, feel free to send it my way! In other news, I'm teaching a course on video games and philosophy this summer. It's mostly science articles on aggression and prosocial behavior, some feminism topics, and ethics articles, but my main text will be "Philosophy through Video Games" (http://www.amazon.com/Philosophy-Through-Video-Games-Cogburn/dp/0415988586/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1266092218&sr=8-1).
