Just watched last night's True Blood.  It was a really good episode.

In other news, Brian and I are going to see Video Games Live tonight. I need to figure out what to wear.

I have to write the midterm for the class I'm teaching, and I have appointments cramping my naptime.

I just finished class prep for tomorrow.  Now I need to decide what to do with the rest of my day.  Start prep for Friday?  Work on snails paper?  Start writing the midterm?  Clean?  Go to the gym?  But first, lunch.

My computer's acting up.
I'm working on teaching documents/class prep and I have to stop to go to a friend's house so I can meet her dog because I let Brian talk me into dog sitting.  I don't like dogs.  I don't like being bothered to do things when I'm busy doing other things.
Annoyed.

I'm getting together my Blackboard course for the class I'm teaching this summer.  I start Thursday, so I need to get the information up soonish.  Whine whine whine.   I have to do WORK.  I have to think about when to introduce each philosopher, how many days we need to spend on them, when to make assignments due, etc ( Read more... )

Turned the TV on to watch while I eat lunch.  Mulan is on.  I wasn't watching for 5 minutes before I was crying.  I'm such a sap.

Finally watched Unbreakable.  I thought I had seen it ages ago, and though I knew part of the plot twist, I didn't really know what the movie was about.  Perhaps because everyone was so disappointed in it my expectations were low, because I enjoyed it.  I liked the premise.  Though it was slow and awkward at times, I understood why -- to show that ( Read more... )
