Congrats. 8 months after i bought the game and the highest i've gotten is 33

I think I've seen a few. I also blame the fact that I've never had a higher char is because, on top of already leveling slowly, I end up making alts when I get to around level 40. I would have stuck to my 45 Druid on Mal'Ganis but PvP was getting out of hand and the friends I had there dissappeared. I ended up going to Shadow Council to find that they had gone there as well XD. So, at the moment, I have a 39 Druid and 35 warrior there. Should try and pick up on my chars on Elune but Alliance drives me nuts. Maybe I'll make a hordie there instead of doing another on SC.

Quitcherbitchen, imo. My love life has been consistently awful and I haven't even gotten any of my CoH characters to 40.

Though, in truth, this just means I should grind more, and stop rerolling alts any time they throw out new shiny lowbie content.

Eh, games should be fun and not work. Do whatever it is that you find fun in any game that you play. Also, girls = icky!
