A ninja is someone who takes loot without permission. Usually the items in question are rare drops and then the cads run away!

Yeah, wtfpwned and ftw are definitely not WoWish in origin. Nor is bbq or weaksauce, but their use became more common around the time WoW emerged.

This just reminded me ... I went to the movies on Saturday, and one of my biggest pet peeves happened - while I was in the restroom, a teenage girl came in and held a conversation with her friend WHILE SHE WAS ON THE TOILET. EWWW.

And as if that wasn't bad enough, as she was talking cattily about some girl she didn't like, she actually spelled out the letters Oh Em Gee. She didn't say "Oh my God," she said the letter O, the letter M, and the letter G. I wanted to hit her.

Yeah, I've heard people say "Ell Oh Ell" before also. Drives me nuts.
