While out to dinner last night, I learned that my Grandma was pro-life to the point where my mom said that "She has done everything except bomb an abortion clinic." It really didn't bother me that my she is pro-life. I kind of expected it considering how catholic she is. But what did bother me was my mom told not to say anything if the topic ever

I know how you feel... it's almost like you're made to feel like YOUR ideas are contraversial because it's "modern" and you're not allowed to argue with someone who's opinions are old fashioned. Our modern opnions, pro choice and pro homosexuality etc etc etc, aren't protected at all... but theirs are? Theirs are seen as 'proteceted' views even by some laws! And we, being more modern in our opinions, aren't and thus we have to hold out tounges... shouldn't they be holding theres? Being outdated and all :p
