Chris, my landlord, came over and gave me the news today that someone is buying the house. I was aware of this possibility, but had been hoping that it wouldn't come to pass. Unfortunately for me, the person involved has made a commitment to buy, and wants to move in August 1. Chris feels very bad about it, but the house has been a major money
