If time is of the essence, at least get the BIG stuff moved by van, and make arrangements with your old residence, so that you can make little shuttle trips with smaller loads that can fit in your car.

Havent done that in 6 yrs..
But I was always good at it. Not the movin but the packing and unpacking I was A number 1.

Glad to here it went smoothly but not glad to hear about the bad kneees.
