Babbling brook

Since changing up my pharmacological routine, I'm back to the same rapid-fire manic thought process that drove me 'round to a shrink in the first place. Insane-making, but kind of funny! Here's a sampling of today's most random thoughts:

1. There is NOTHING good about Taylor Swift's "Our Song," it is horrid, but it makes me think fondly of being ( Read more... )

Would it be tacky to send a mass message to every person on my Facebook list that says "I delete every group or application invitation I get, sight unseen, so cut it out, and oh, I have NO IDEA what this Scrabulous business is"?

I hate all the stupid Facebook applications. I ignore most of the invites I've gotten. WTF Oregon Trail??? But I love Scrabulous, mostly because I play a lot of Scrabble anyway.

I know it sounds odd given that I don't technically do anything, but who has time for stuff like Scrabulous?

It takes me about 15 seconds to make a play--I do it in between projects at work, while I'm at home watching TV. You can stretch a game out over days, if you want.

Ish...do not want. :-D Maybe it's the transition out of needing office timekillers but that just sounds like some bad parody out of Office Space.

Agreed about the facebook apps. I think a lot of them use sneaky tactics to send invitations, making it look sort of like all your friends have the app when actually they don't, and then you send them some sort of message/action through the app, which they can't see without adding the app on.

After getting two superwall invitations, I messaged the people who sent me the invites to ask them if they had sent me any sort of important message that I couldn't read, and also to ask if there was anything special about superwall. They were pretty darn apathetic about it for people who had specifically invited me.

Granted, I've been in a foul mood--screaming baby will do that to you--but I'm tired of clearing my notifications by hitting "ignore" until my mouse fingers are tired.

I could on you deleting the "Heroes" application invite. It gets me points every time I send it and I figured you won't read it or care... Sorry to spam you, but I do it because I care (about me). ;-)
