It is 4:32 a.m.  My nephew has finally passed out--spend from 1am-4:00am feeding off and on and is now asleep again.  Sadly, the boy is a cuddlebug; his darling little crib/bassinet has fallen to storage-space status in favor of a mobile sleep positioner (a wedge of memory foam and two velcro-attached sides to keep him from flipping) and a loop ( Read more... )

I am glad the hat fits Owen! It was so wee I was worried . . .

I have the same problem with boots. I am going to see if Torrid has a pair that I could have an elastic insert in. The last wide calf boots I got wouldn't have even worked with an insert (back to Endless they went).

"I provide constructive criticism in a solution oriented manner." That loosely translates to "Likely, what you're doing is crap (negative), but I will be happy to help you fix it so that it is not crap (optimistic)." Some of the D25 Staff responded better to that than others . . .

I gave up on the boots long ago...I can't even wear tall Uggs.

I have a photo post of knitwear ready to go as a thanks to those who hand-crafted items for him, I just need to sit down at my computer (not Erika's, which is my reject Dell) and put it all together.

I am determined to get a pair of black, knee high, high heel boots. They are my white whale.

I can wear mid-calf boots from Nine West. That's about it.

Hehehehehe..."again," she says. Like I ever went to sleep. Thanks, Dunkin Donuts coffee! No, I took my daily med routine and those keep me up.

Erika made an excellent point about being a young mother--think of how much energy you had and how late you could stay up when you were 21. She's already living on party time, now she just incorporates feedings into the schedule. It's a little sick how well she's adapted.
