I emailed urban outfitters when they did this with my order (left with neighbour, but didnt tell me, was only when I tracked it). Send them a long email about ordering online is supposed to convenient and hassel free, makes me not want to shop again, apalling that they don't train their delivery staff (or entrust my goods with un trained post people). Etc. the resent my order, and gave me credit on my account (so i now have two of everything) x

Well however long it is, it's clearly long enough. I mean, if you're not willing to follow these people around for the first 6 months of the baby's life then I do have to wonder how dedicated you are to your job...
