My left jaw joint hurts like crazy. I thought it would get better within a few days but it just keeps getting worse. It started with just hurting when I open my mouth past the "notch", but now it even hurts to close my mouth all the way. :( Do I need to go to the doctor?

My vote is yes? Maybe? I dunno; I was feeling pain last week right around the (now-healed) socket where they removed my wisdom teeth, but it went away. Maybe it migrated to you?
