its a very simple drill really... all you have to do is stand on one foot for 10 minutes while chanting "anna rocks" next to your computer screen where the comment is waiting to be posted that says "Keep me, oh mighty one" and once the chant is complete you press enter. ^_^

actally i am a fan of yuu watase xD i really loved Ayashi no Ceres~ sucha great series xD. but that was awhile back i'm kinda over it now.. anyway, tooya was a very nice pick~ very hot haha.
