Regarding metaphysics; perhaps I'm just anal, but I apparently don't use the word in the same way everyone else does- I use dictionary definitions for things (plus my own take- I'm sure, much like anyone). heh- does the 'Z' in ZOMG- mean zounds? If it doesn't, it should! lol Yeah, that guy was some serious form of messed up- I meet a lot of them, where I am- must be something in the water. I try not to drink too much of it. The rest gets boiled first, for tea. CHAI! Yum ( ... )

I buy that. Z = Zounds. Which makes ZOMG a very abbreviated form of Gods Wounds, Oh My God! That's pretty creepy ( ... )

Yup, that it would... I've always liked some Elizabethan contractions... Actually SAYING 'God's Wounds' would have been blasphemous, so folks shortened it so they didn't have to say 'God'. So, not only are we technically blaspheming, according to the Christians, but we're doing it TWICE! *giggles* Not that I worry about what a religion I don't follow sez ( ... )
