You know when you're in the midst of working on a thing and you get into that blank sort of mindset where you lose touch with other things? That.
I've barely been on Tumblr except to post a couple of things which I have yet to post here for reasons of laziness and also worrying about oversaturating people that have already seen it. is that a thing? Idk, I feel all kinds of guilt all of the time about all sorts of things, it's the ex-Roman Catholic in me probably and have been lurking in my flist but barely interacting. I'm sorry guys! Now I feel guilty for dumping on you >.>
On the plus side, I'm working my ass off on some art projects, including an awesome, plotty SWtFA fic, and the SteveBucky Big Bang. I'm so glad they're letting author/artist teams to pre-match because I love being able to get an early start on artwork and waiting on claims is haaarddddd. So it should be a relaxed coast to the finish line, right?
So what actually happens is that instead of doing the smart thing where I get loads of sleep and slow down and take a fucking breather and eat real food or whatever, I just go hard or go home exactly the same as I always do and just end up drawing more, but it's all practice, right? IT'S A GOOD THING, A GOOD THING I TELL YOU >.>
So I'm here just puttering along on these two fantastic stories, and drunk tweeting my art problems because i'm an idiot.
And for the two of us who are interested in this ILU dancinbutterfly it's just you and me and I don't care I'm still scraping words together on the stupidest but most beautiful of crossovers, The Martian/Political Animals.
Because one needs a writing project that's close to the heart, does one not? But anyway, have a song ♥
