I'm guessing the show wasn't able to get the rights for the BART trademark and logo. Or is this like a Fringe alternate universe where BART never existed and something called the San Francisco Transit Authority constructed the East Bay Tube? I noticed the passengers were wearing blue and gold--Berkeley's colors--but they didn't have bear logos on. Is the show going for generic Bay Area and hoping no one who lives there notices?
That's interesting. I didn't notice the BART logo wasn't there. (I'm not from the Bay area either. I'm sure things like that would stick out more if I was.)
Here are some of my thoughts. I'm wondering even more about Hauser and Lucy and if they had some kind of relationship in the 60s. (The "You wanted children" line from one of the first episodes and the doctor's comment about someone she loves helping her are what gave me that idea.) He also seemed really cold to her at first. (I'm glad he did read to her in the end.) I'm getting more curious about why they were drawing all that blood from Tommy Madsen and if they were doing experiments on the prisoners. (Or if it had something to do with what let them time travel.)

I'm also very curious as to why they took all that blood.
