Since this is here I'll just ramble on. ;p Having Mahershalalhashbaz Ali as guest star really brought my attention even more to the fact that the premise of this show is almost exactly like The 4400 only instead of special superhuman or future-human abilities the abductees are returned with the impulse to commit more terrible crimes. And since I can't help but compare Abrams' series about mysterious islands, it also reminded me of LOST in that the prison personnel seem to be obsessed with studying the nature of good and evil in a person. Which makes me think they are like an evil version of the Dharma Initiative or the Others. As for the episode itself, I think Ali's character should have been brought back alive especially because he was innocent (when imprisoned) and the first good guy of the prisoners, also because he was experimented on by Creepy Doc and him meeting Creepy Doc again might have been interesting.
