If Wed has more time and Monday has less time at the gym, why not make Monday your light day? That seems like an awful lot of goblet squats. I'm not sure it makes sense to attempt your heaviest weight when you've exhausted those muscles. I assume maybe you're allowing yourself time for warming up? I'd want to reduce the number of squats. and also maybe reverse the order and start with the heaviest and work down to lightest. (or maybe do it light, heavy, medium?)
By 'lightest' I meant I did more sets and reps with lower weight - so that's why it has to be on a day when I have more time.
In terms of the order - as you suspected, I was experimenting with 'warming up' to a big lift. So 'light and 'medium' were designed as 'warm up' lifts. I think 'light, heavy, medium' however, might be worth giving a shot.
That said, I'm not sure those muscles were exhausted, as much as my entire body was exhausted. I am also considering just taking a bit more time to rest/recuperate between sets.
