Mission 101 Fitness List - Public Update

August 27, 2010 - December 6, 2010: I had a period of mostly non-compliance in which my exercise creeped down from five times per week to four times per week to three times per week to the point where I was only going once per week.

Because of the holidays and because of a booming social schedule, I have also been eating worse.

Finally, I lost focus on my exercise routine and tended to jump from routine to routine.

That doesn't mean that there weren't any victories. I can cross off ONE thing:

Category 11 - Misc.

93. Do a dip.

I also did a variation of a head stand, although not the particular variation on my list, am in line for some increases in my rows (although the method will probably change to ease pressure on my lower back).

The downside is that I've put on a few pounds (approx. 226) and am now above one of the goals I had crossed out (it remains complated but I will have to improve to hit the maintainence related goal).

This means that like a lot of people, my new years will involve some resolutions. The first one, to be implimented soon, is to work out no less than 4 times per week. The next one will be to improve my eating. Finally, I will have to build up a new exercise plan.
