I always find plateaus to be frustrating. Still, it seems like you're still progressing on a bunch of fronts so maybe you'll have a month where you're suddenly crossing off lots of goals. Where do you even go to get hydrostatic body fat testing? I've also wondered how accurate those handheld body fat analyzer things are. Still, even if they're inaccurate, I figure they'll be consistently inaccurate and hopefully give me an overall feel for the direction of my trendline
